Welcome to YEEZY.MEDIA. By accessing this website and uploading audio files, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
1 // The Service
YEEZY.MEDIA provides a free platform for hosting user-uploaded audio files. We act as a passive conduit for the storage and retrieval of user data. We make no guarantees that the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free.
2 // User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading a file, you warrant that:
- You own the copyright to the audio or have explicit permission from the owner to distribute it.
- The content is not illegal under Scottish Law or the laws of your country of residence.
3 // Prohibited Content
You strictly may NOT upload:
- Copyrighted music, podcasts, or audio for which you do not hold the license.
- Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or hate speech.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Note: We report all instances of CSAM to the relevant authorities immediately, including Police Scotland and the Internet Watch Foundation.
- Malware, viruses, or files designed to harm the service.
4 // Open Takedown Policy
We maintain a strict "Open Takedown" policy to ensure our servers remain free of clutter and unwanted content.
- Anyone Can Request Removal: Any person may request the deletion of any file hosted on our service for any reason. We do not require the requestor to prove they are the original uploader or the copyright holder.
- How to Request: Simply email contact@yeezy.media with the Track ID of the file you want removed.
- No Verification Required: We generally do not verify the identity of the person requesting the removal. If a request is received, the file is likely to be deleted.
5 // File Stability & Re-uploading
YEEZY.MEDIA is not a permanent backup service.
- Risk of Deletion: Because we allow open takedown requests, your files may be deleted at any time without notice.
- Remedy: If your file is deleted (whether by us, or requested by another user), you are welcome to re-upload the file, provided it complies with our Prohibited Content rules (Section 3).
- Liability: We are not liable for any data loss. Please keep your own backups of your audio files.
6 // Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
- YEEZY.MEDIA and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for the loss of any data.
7 // Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
